At Chinee Kids Shoes Co., Ltd., quality control is integrated into the production process to support consistent workmanship and product performance. Our product range includes infant and toddler shoes, school and dress shoes, boots, sandals, sports footwear, and related styles. Inspection points are adjusted to the product design, materials, order requirements, and applicable internal inspection standards.

1. Incoming Material Inspection

Materials and components are checked before production to confirm that they are suitable for the specified product and order. Depending on the style, checks may cover material appearance, color, thickness, flexibility, dimensions, and the condition of components such as soles, linings, fasteners, and decorative details.

• Review materials against approved specifications and samples where applicable.
• Check for visible defects, damage, or inconsistencies that could affect appearance or use.
• Confirm that components are appropriate for the intended footwear design.

2. In-Process Quality Control

Production checks help identify workmanship issues while they can still be addressed. Inspectors monitor relevant operations according to the construction and materials of each style, including upper assembly, stitching, sole attachment, and finishing.

• Check stitching, bonding, alignment, and assembly for consistency with product requirements.
• Monitor size and component placement at appropriate production stages.
• Flag visible defects or process variations for review and corrective action.

3. Finished Product Inspection

Finished footwear is reviewed against order specifications and internal inspection criteria. Checks may include appearance, sizing, construction, and functional details, with attention to product-specific requirements such as fit-related dimensions, sole attachment, closures, and finishing.

• Inspect pairs for matching color, materials, workmanship, and overall appearance.
• Review key dimensions and features against the applicable specifications.
• Check closures and other functional components where present.

4. Packaging and Pre-Shipment Check

Before shipment, packaging and order details are reviewed to help ensure that products are prepared in accordance with the agreed requirements. This review may cover product identification, size and style details, packaging condition, and carton markings.

• Confirm that products are packed and labeled according to order instructions.
• Check carton information and packaging condition before dispatch.
• Review shipment details against the relevant order documents.

5. Feedback and Continuous Improvement

Quality feedback from inspections, customers, and production teams is reviewed to identify recurring issues and opportunities for improvement. When a concern is identified, the responsible team assesses its cause and determines appropriate follow-up actions, with the aim of improving process consistency and future production.
